Key information about the day
What time does it start?
Doors open at 09:00am for breakfast, tea, coffee, so you can settle in. The formal event begins at 10:20am with the breakout sessions. The event wraps up at 5:00pm.
Where is the event?
The event is hosted at The View in The Royal College of Surgeons, 38-43 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 3PE. You’ll find staff at a welcome desk on the ground floor where you can pick up name badges for the day.
How do I get there?
The closest Tube station is Holborn (Central and Piccadilly lines), which is just a five-minute walk away from The View.
There are many stations further out on the Central Line if you should want to park and get the tube into to Central London, but you may need to pre-book parking if you’re driving down.
Where possible we’d suggest avoiding driving into Central London as the venue does not have parking and city-car parks will have limited space.

The Morning Agenda:
9am – 10:20am | Arrival & Breakfast
Arrive at The View and fuel up for the day ahead over breakfast, tea, and coffee with your peers.
10:20 – 11:30am | Interactive Breakout Sessions
Our morning sessions run concurrently across three tracks. There’s no need to pre-book, simply vote with your feet and join the topics that matter most to your business. Each breakout will run twice, meaning you can attend two of the three sessions.
- Track 1: Maximising Your Current Setup – Getting the most value out of your existing setup.
- Who it’s for: Clients who know they aren’t using their current plan to its full potential and want to extract maximum value from the features they already have.
